How can I know that I am ready to receive my order?

We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

How do you ship it?

We mainly use DHL to ship your orders. Your order will be processed at our facility and then shipped to the shipping company for complete processing. You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your order.


Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to an order once you have placed it. In the limited circumstances of a particular carrier, you can request interception of the package, but we cannot guarantee changes.
